Set it up once and keep it simple.

Voice hours and message targets for each role, reset daily, weekly, monthly, or manually.

The owner chooses who can edit the dashboard, by role or user ID. Admins cannot add other admins.

Pick which roles count as staff and which channels count, and ignore the rest.

When a period ends, Staffly posts who met quota and who did not in your log channel.

Know who is active.

Counted automatically for members who hold a tracked role. Message content is never stored.

A friendly reminder in the channel first. A flag only after repeated warnings.

A DM warning first. If it continues, the member is flagged and removed from the voice channel.

No activity for the number of days you set raises a flag. Anyone on leave is skipped.

Handle things where you already are.

Each flag posts with its ID and a button to mark it reviewed or reopen it.

The Overview tab lists what needs a look right now, so nothing sits unnoticed.

Staff run /loa with a start and end date. It appears on the dashboard and admins can cancel it.

Free to use. Switch them on in Settings when you want them.

Members apply with /apply. Applications post in your review channel with Accept and Deny buttons, and accepting gives the role automatically.

Set your rank order, then move people up and down with /promote and /demote. Add limits, cooldowns, and announcements as you like.
