1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting StafflyBot to a Discord server, logging into StafflyBot.com, or otherwise using Staffly's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use StafflyBot or StafflyBot.com.

2. Description of Service

StafflyBot is a Discord bot and companion website that provide staff activity tracking, quota management, and moderation-support tools for Discord servers. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time.

3. Eligibility and Your Discord Account

You must have a valid Discord account to use StafflyBot or log into StafflyBot.com, and you must otherwise be permitted to use Discord under Discord's own Terms of Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your Discord account while using our services.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use StafflyBot or StafflyBot.com in a way that is illegal, abusive, harassing, or that attempts to disrupt, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data. Server owners and administrators are responsible for how StafflyBot is configured and used within their own servers.

5. Suspension and Termination

Staffly reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to StafflyBot at any time, with or without notice, if we believe that these Terms have been violated or that the use of StafflyBot presents a risk to Staffly, Discord, our users, or other individuals.

A suspension may apply to:

  • An individual user
  • A Discord server
  • A Staffly account
  • A specific feature
  • Any other associated access to Staffly services

Attempting to circumvent a suspension may result in additional restrictions or permanent termination.

6. Free Service

StafflyBot is currently provided as a free service. Because StafflyBot is provided free of charge, Staffly does not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors. Staffly may modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the service at any time.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of StafflyBot may involve the collection and processing of certain information necessary to provide the service. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about what data we collect, how it is used, and how it is protected.

8. Discord

StafflyBot operates through Discord and may interact with Discord servers, users, roles, messages, and other Discord features. Staffly is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc. Your use of Discord remains subject to Discord's own Terms of Service and policies.

9. Changes to These Terms

Staffly may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If the Terms are changed, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new Last Updated date. Continued use of StafflyBot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

StafflyBot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Staffly makes no guarantee that StafflyBot will meet your specific requirements or that the service will always operate without interruption, errors, or data loss.
